The picture above is a map of the property grounds which shows the locations of the Rainbow Lodge, Dorms, Picnic Shelter, Pool & Parking.

Parking:

Priority for the back in parking location should go to our campers and folks with limited mobility. The majority of our guests should use the "Xtra Parking" location shown on the map which is to the south.

If you are staying in the dorms, feel free to unpack closer to the building, then relocate your vehicle.

We are having a casual do it yourself style celebration and people have offered to help. If you'd like to pitch in, here are some options:

Friday

By 5pm:

Load assorted drinks in Catering kitchen fridge in Rainbow Lodge

At 6pm:

Set up water station with venues reusable plastic cups

Fill green beverage buckets with drinks and ice for dinner service in Rainbow Lodge

Set out red wine with wine keys and disposable wine cups

During dinner:

Refill drinks in green beverage buckets

After dinner:

Bag leftover food and put in the fridge.

Stack dirty dishes in dish pit (dishwasher comes in the morning)

Saturday

Morning:

Restock catering kitchen fridge with drinks

At 6pm:

Set up water station with venues reusable plastic cups

Fill green beverage buckets with drinks and ice for dinner service in Rainbow Lodge

Set out red wine with wine key and disposable wine cups

During dinner:

Refill drinks in green beverage buckets

After dinner:

Bag leftover food and put in the fridge.

Stack dirty dishes in dish pit (dishwasher comes in the morning)

Sunday

Weather permitting - we'll have the Reception and dancing in the picnic shelter. Items marked with an asterisk* only need to happen in the picnic shelter. In case of inclement weather, we'll have the Reception and dancing in the Rainbow Lodge.

Morning:

Restock catering kitchen fridges with drinks

Tell Becca and Brian if we're low on any drinks

By 2pm:

Move buffet spread tables to picnic shelter - make sure one is off to the side for allergy friendly station*

By 4pm:

Stock picnic shelter fridge*

Move speakers*

Setup dance lights

Setup chairs and chair covers for the ceremony. 7 rows of 12 chairs, 6 on each side of an aisle. Ask Becca and Brian for location.

Add tablecloths to Rainbow Lodge dining tables (if we'll be in the Rainbow Lodge)

Setup table decorations

Setup keepsake table

Setup glow table

At 6pm:

If you see anything that belongs to our group, stack it by the front door in the Rainbow Lodge for us to take home.
